Sustainability
Sustainable Industrial parks and buildings with High-Quality Standards
At IAMSA Development Group, we are dedicated to delivering industrial buildings that meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and technology. Each of our buildings comes equipped with outstanding features that make them stand out from the rest. Our 7-inch tilt-up concrete walls provide greater durability, require less maintenance, and present a professional image that sets us apart.
Our buildings are also designed to ensure optimal lighting and temperature control. We have included windows on the sides, allowing natural light to enter and ventilation systems to keep the inside of the building cool. Additionally, we have installed fiberglass insulation in the roof to help maintain a comfortable temperature and reduce energy consumption. The use of 4% acrylic skylights further enhances the natural lighting in our buildings, reducing electricity costs and contributing to our eco-friendly approach.
We believe in sustainable development and are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment. Our buildings feature production bathrooms equipped with sensor taps, bins, and soap dispensers to minimize water and paper waste. Furthermore, our LED lighting is not only energy-efficient but also reduces maintenance costs. We also utilize photocells for public lighting to further minimize electricity consumption.
At IAMSA Development Group, we take pride in offering innovative and intelligent solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Learn more about our high-quality industrial parks and certifications.
