our history
The first building using the innovative design implemented by IAMSA Development Group was located in Mexicali, Baja California. Vie Verte involves constructing in smaller spaces, in lesser developed and industrialized areas, in order to generate new job opportunities. In 2014, the industrial building Aqua, located in Vie Verte Mexicali, became the first of IAMSA’s constructions, and the first in the city, to obtain Leadership in energy environmental design (LEED) Certification, a green building certification program by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Experience, constant research, and an interest in innovation, led IAMSA to design the ideal Industrial Park: a model named Vie Verte based on a modern sustainable design. The industrial areas incorporate mechanisms that protect the environment and fosters a green philosophy among employees by promoting certain actions, which not only protect the environment, but also deliver savings to both clients and workers.
