When El Dorado opened its doors in 2000, there wasn’t a large labor pool in the vicinity. In 2005, IAMSA designed a strategy to bring workers to the area, in order to satisfy the clients’ needs: a housing project was developed and two residential areas were built, El Dorado and Huertas del Colorado.
El Dorado is located close to one of the city’s main roads; just 5 km around the area, there is a population of 105,000 people, many of whom are employed by the park. It is also located in a strategic place, 15 minutes away from the international borders. This park’s development was a very important milestone not just for IAMSA, but for the city’s progress.
