IAMSA’s Vie Verte 2.0 Industrial Park in Hermosillo is proud to announce its latest update on Aqua building, which is currently under construction and available for lease. Aqua building will have a total area of 168,923 square feet and may divisible in up to 4 modules.
Among its main specifications Aqua highlights for having LED lighting, polyurethane isolated loading docks, restrooms with touchless fluxmeters, smart sensor lighting in office areas, among others.
Currently, the 7 inch concrete tilt up panels are being installed and expected to be completed in the upcoming weeks. The building’s completion is anticipated for the third quarter of 2023.
Additionally, Vie Verte Hermosillo 2.0 features its energy and water saving equipment having solar panel public lighting and a water treatment plant. On the safety side, Vie Verte´s fire protection equipment complies to install FM or NFPA systems.
