Exciting progress is being made at El Dorado Industrial Park in Mexicali, where the construction of the Ballena building is well underway. The metal frame core, which will serve as the foundation for the 5-inch-thick concrete flooring with a capacity of 8 tons/m2, is currently being installed.
Ballena building will have a total area of 224,935 square feet and is now available for leasing. It features 18 loading docks and 4 ramps, divisible in 4 modules, making it an ideal space for businesses that require efficient and easy logistics operations. The building is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by the 4th quarter of 2023.
